Gillian works with children, youth and adults, as well as parents and caregivers. She specializes in relationship/historical trauma, inner-child work, anxiety and self-esteem. She strives to help people of all ages connect with the parts of themselves that need further support and nurturing.
Gillian is a certified EMDR Therapist, is trained in IFS-informed EMDR and Circle of Security Parenting.
After 15 years in Community Mental Health, Gillian founded Full Circle Counselling & Therapy Services because she is passionate about supporting healthy relationships (including our relationship with ourselves!). She wanted to create a safe space for clients where they could connect with like-minded professionals to find wellness, connection and healing.

Nikki Gardin, CYW, MSW, RSW

Nikki works with children of all ages, youth, young adults, parents and caregivers. She works from an attachment-focused, trauma-informed lens, to help individuals strengthen relationships and improve self-worth.
Nikki further specializes in social, emotional and behavioural challenges in children and youth, with the added goal of building positive coping skills and improving resilience.
As a Social Worker and Child & Youth Worker with over a decade of experience, Nikki provides a unique blend of therapeutic strategies with practical, hands-on support.
Nikki is trained in Circle of Security Parenting. She has extensive experience working in community and school settings as well as live-in treatment.

Erin Elston, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist providing Art Therapy
Erin works with children, youth, adults, couples and families. She specializes in working with youth/young adults, providing gender-affirming care and supporting clients who are neurodiverse.
Over the past 15+ years, Erin has had the privilege of working with people of all ages, experiencing a variety of mental health challenges and struggles such as trauma, life transitions, and grief and loss.
Erin works to create a safe and inviting space for her clients to find their inner creativity and voice on the road to growth and healing. Whether you’re looking for a step-by-step plan to reach your goals, to take a “deep dive” into your thoughts and feelings, or anything in between, Erin can offer a flexible treatment plan, tailored to your individual needs.
Erin is trained in Art Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Nicole Zinn-Schadenberg, BSW, MSc, RSW
Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist
Nicole works with youth 12+ and adults. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing trauma, addiction and domestic violence, as well as survivors of sexual assault. Nicole also has extensive experience supporting individuals and care partners, family members and friends of those living with dementia, chronic illness and pain.
Nicole’s approach is founded on creating a space of warmth, collaboration, openness, and non-judgment, that embraces the complex nature of human experiences. She enjoys using humour and remaining authentic and genuine throughout the therapy process.
Nicole is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Narrative Therapy.
